Multitubular Dust Collector Type - K

INDVENT Multiclone Dust Controller Type-K meets the demand for high efficiency and is suitable for all purposes. The Dust Collector type-K is constituted in modular form to handle any volume of dusty air and ensures equal efficiency from the largest to the smallest unit.

Construction

The collector is build up of unit cells. Each cell consists of two concentric tubes, an outer cylinder with stationary vanes fixed at the inlet end, and an inner clean gas tube which passes upwards through the centre of the fixed vanes.

Principle

The dust particle bearing gas enters at the top of each cell through the fixed vanes which impart a swirl and throw the dust to the wall of the outer tube. The clean gas then reverses direction before leaving through the clean gas tube, while the dust discharges downwards into a hopper, common to a bank of cells.
